We're pleased to be one of the very few dealers able to offer leaded glass bottlenecks from Diamond Bottlenecks of England. They're not only fun to look at, they produce a very clean tone that produces plenty of punch when you want it. No two bottlenecks are identical. We also stock Diamond's Redhouse bottlenecks, slides cut down from real bottles--except that these have the edges meticulously smoothed out for a very finished feel. Diamond uses an industrial grade glass polisher to finish the ends rather than the more common flame finishing. For pedal and lap steel players, Diamond makes solid glass bars, a nice alternative to more typical steel bars. And Diamond 50/50 bottlenecks are a hybrid of metal core with a glass exterior.

A few comments about the measurements. Many of these bottlenecks are slightly tapered on the inside. The glass has a perfectly smooth, round exterior, but the thickness of the glass can vary. Therefore, we've provided measurements for both ends, not only in glass thickness but for the size of the opening. Interior measurements represent a minimum. Measurements are in centimeters (for inches, multiply cm by 0.39).
