Casey Burns Flutes

We are pleased to have wooden flutes made by Casey Burns. Casey's superb instruments are most associated with Irish music, and we stock a number of different models. We have keyless flutes made in blackwood (traditionally associated with wind instruments) and mopane (an alternative to blackwood, with a deep reddish color). We stock both Casey's ergonomic standard hole spacing and a model Casey makes for people who want a closer hole spacing, in addition to Casey's more recent version with larger holes. Models that have silver rings and tuning slides are sometimes available. All of Casey's regular models can be upgraded to include keys, tuning slide and silver rings later.

We offer a variety of tin whistles (aka pennywhistles) including Clarke, the Clarke Sweetones, Clarke Meg Whistles, Generation and Susato Whistles. Susato whistles are made of ABS, and have developed a loyal following even though they're made of a newfangled material.

Recorders

We stock Soprano, Alto and Tenor recorders from Moeck, Adler, Dolmetsch and Aura.
