Walden guitars are the work of Jonathan Lee, formerly of CFox Guitars. Walden made the first import guitars that we regarded as quality instruments and we have carried them since they began in 1996. They ceased production for a few years but recently opened again and we are pleased to have them back. We have a variety of models in stock, starting at $209.
Walden’s Standard Series guitars are available in solid top and laminated top models. The essence of what a good guitar should be, Standard line instruments are not just “guitar shaped objects.” With a glass-fibre reinforced neck, genuine rosewood fingerboard and bridge, and traditional scalloped-X soundboard bracing, the Standard is an excellent balance of tone, stability and price.
Walden’s Natura Series is a step-up from the Standard series and features solid top and all-solid acoustic-electric guitars. The ideal balance of tone, stability, appearance and price. All Natura line acoustic guitars include low-mass soundboard bracing, glass-fibre neck reinforcement, genuine rosewood bridge and fingerboard, Graphtech NuBone nut & saddle, and D’Addario strings.
